This is my new favorite bread! The khorasan wheat is milled and soaked in water and a touch of sourdough levan overnight. Then made into a porridge and cooled. The porridge gets added to the sourdough ingredients and goes through the proofing and overnight proofing for its next fermentation.

So what is the deal about an average cookie???!!!! The people at ChefSteps decided to take a number of the Ultimate Chocolate Chip cookie recipes and average the ingredient amounts and came up with the recipe. It’s amazing!!!!!
I used my vegan cultured butter and organic chemical free fresh milled Sonoran , White , and Rouge de Bordeaux wheat.
