Happy Saturday. šæāš¾
Some mornings arenāt meant to be productive.
Some mornings are meant for slow sips of coffee, a warm little soul curled up in your lap, and a reminder that peace doesnāt have to be earned.
Iāve learned that recharging isnāt wasted timeāitās how we show up as our best selves when a new week begins.
Today Iām choosing quiet.
Iām choosing gratitude.
Iām choosing to surround myself with the people, animals, and little moments that make my heart feel full.
Whether your peace comes from a favorite pet, a walk outside, reading a book, creating something with your hands, or simply sitting still for a while⦠I hope you make space for it this weekend.

š Crystal Spotlight: Strawberry Quartz & Sunstone šø
Every crystal carries its own unique energy, and one of my favorite combinations is Strawberry Quartz paired with Sunstone.
š Strawberry Quartz
Often associated with love, gratitude, and emotional healing, Strawberry Quartz is believed to encourage a deeper appreciation for yourself and the people around you. Many people are drawn to it when theyāre working on self-love, compassion, or opening their heart to new beginnings.
āļø Sunstone
Sunstone is known as a stone of joy, confidence, and personal power. Itās often associated with optimism, motivation, and reminding us to embrace our own light. If youāve been feeling stuck or need a little encouragement to move forward, Sunstone is a beautiful crystal to keep close.
⨠Together, these two stones create a beautiful balanceāone encouraging love and compassion, the other inspiring confidence and positive energy.
The necklace pictured features Sunstone crystal beads accented with sparkling rhinestone spacers and glass beads, finished with a beautiful Strawberry Quartz focal pendant. If it speaks to you, itās currently available in my shop. šŗ
Do you own either of these crystals? Iād love to know which one youāre most drawn to. š

⨠Midweek Energy Check-In āØ
How is everyoneās energy this Wednesday?
If Iām being completely honest⦠mine is a little low today.
Yesterday was a long work day, and by the end of it I was definitely feeling the effects of surgery. One of the hardest parts of this recovery hasnāt even been the paināitās learning to slow down and accept help. Iāve always been the person who takes care of everything, so relying on others is a lesson Iām still learning.
Then last night I got sick, didnāt sleep well, and today Iām feeling pretty run down. It definitely makes it harder to pull myself out of this little funk.
But⦠Iām still showing up.
Not because every day is easy, but because I know healing isnāt linear. Some days we feel unstoppable, and other days we simply do the best we can with the energy we have. Both are okay.
So this is your reminder (and mine): give yourself some grace today. Rest if you need to. Ask for help if you need to. Celebrate even the smallest victories.
Iād love to hear from youā¦
š How is your energy today? High, medium, or running on empty?

Sometimes we get so caught up in everything thatās going wrong that we forget to notice everything thatās quietly going right.
This morning, I stepped outside and was greeted by my hibiscus covered in blooms. šŗ It seems like there are more flowers this year than ever before. Then, as I was taking a picture, Queenie decided she needed to be part of the moment too. š¾ā¤ļø
It was a simple reminder that beauty is always around us if weāre willing to slow down long enough to see it.
The difficult moments donāt magically disappear, but when we intentionally notice the small blessingsāa flower blooming, a loyal companion, a quiet sunrise, a kind wordāthey donāt feel quite so overwhelming.
Today, I hope you find at least one beautiful thing to pause and appreciate. Sometimes those little moments are exactly what our spirit needs.

⨠Happy Monday! āØ
A new week means a fresh opportunity to set new intentions, refocus your energy, and leave last weekās worries where they belong.
Every small step forward matters.
Today started with packing an order to send on its way, and moments like these are always a reminder that even during the slower seasons, every order is something to celebrate. Every package represents someone choosing to support a dream, and Iām so incredibly grateful for that.
I also had my follow-up appointment today after surgery, and everything is healing well. š Iām thankful to be moving in the right direction, both personally and in my business.
Hereās to new beginnings, positive energy, and trusting that the seeds we plant today become tomorrowās blessings.
I hope this week brings you peace, purpose, and a little bit of magic. šŗ

Happy Sunday. āļø
A little reminder this morning⦠listen to your body.
No one knows your body better than you do. It gives us little signals every dayāfatigue, soreness, tension, headaches, the need to slow down. The problem is, so many of us have become experts at explaining those signals away.
āIāll rest later.ā
āI just need to finish one more thing.ā
āIām fine.ā
Yesterday, my body told me it had done enough. I answered with, āJust one more thingā¦ā
Thankfully, I didnāt hurt myself, but today Iām definitely feeling the consequences. Itās a reminder that sometimes the strongest thing we can do isnāt pushing throughāitās knowing when to stop.
Whether youāre recovering from an injury, feeling under the weather, or simply running on empty, give yourself permission to rest. Rest isnāt laziness. Itās part of healing. Itās part of staying healthy. And sometimes itās exactly what your body has been asking for all along.
I hope you give yourself a little grace today. Your body has carried you through every single day of your life. It deserves to be heard. š
