New job has taken me out to Tucson for some training. Upon doing some research about Hot Dogs, because that’s what you do when you travel, stumbled upon a James Beard award winning dog.
The Sonoran dog is a bacon wrapped hot dog stuffed in a Bolilo topped with Mayo, mustard, beans, onions, and a jalapeño sauce. It was worthy of the James Beard award. Delish!
