While shoulder presses may not be everyone’s favorite, they help build stronger shoulders, improve stability, and increase upper-body strength. They also help athletes move with more control and confidence in their sport.

You don’t have to love them, but the benefits are worth it especially for athletes! 💪

Strong lats support posture, shoulder health, and pulling strength. All important for sports performance! Whether they’re throwing, sprinting, swimming, or making contact, a strong back helps athletes move more efficiently and safely🙌🏻
