This video just has so much going on. From talking to the car. My mates getting me going for this thrill. Remi cracking me up in the NitroRat costume she came up with. My brother bringing me to the line. Low oil pressure light flickering. Wondering why the shift light is still on. Jeff driving the crap out his Fuel Altered and collecting the 1000ft cones and saying "Hi mate" in my lane. Burning a piston and pushing oil out over the car and my visor. No one at the end of the track to wave me across the lane as I don't know where Jeff is so I stop on track. To hearing the boys tell me we just ran 6.004@238mph to Top Qualify. I so want to do it again straight away with my team and the other great racers in this 6.0 Fuel Altered class.

What a crazy weekend. What a team. We worked our ass off. We won first round with a 5.98 only because Jeff clipped a cone which put us into round 2 against Dylan.
We had a starter motor fail on the first fire up today. Purchased a new starter and that failed on the start line for round 2. No link to both starter failures.
I'll make a few changes to the starter program and were ready to go. We've got a tough hotrod.
Can't thank our families enough. Warren flying in from OZ, Mike, Scott, Brian, Mark R, Woody, Mark L, Jason, Cole, Remi, Mark W. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Today was a better raceday than yesterday with a 6.004@238mph run to qualify number 1. Yesterday's run we had an oil pressure problem and shut it down. We've stripped the motor and transmission as a precaution for first round tomorrow.
