Tonight, we held our annual office Christmas dinner.

As I reflect on the past few years, I know many peers view our team as highly successful. Believe it or not, this year our office ranked in the top 1% of more than 19,500 agencies nationwide, something some agents may never experience in a 40-year career. There’s an important part of that success that isn’t talked about enough.

The people behind it.

Every single member of our team showed up this year in ways that were truly awe-inspiring. Every customer who walked through our doors was met with the intention to feel welcomed and to be part of something greater. Seeing the day-to-day, I’m constantly struck by the resilience, care, and heart of the people around me.

I’ve heard peers praise the accomplishments of our office and the number of customers we’ve been able to serve. Dont get me wrong, that recognition means a lot. But behind the scenes, I’ve watched my team strive for excellence, push for growth, and support one another in different ways. Despite any differences, the common thread has always been the same: showing up for every customer in the way that best serves them.
