Lisa's 200th class!! 🤩 Lisa celebrated 200 class today and we couldn't be more proud. She always comes in ready to work, stays focused throughout the workout, and looks for the next challenge 👀. Can't wait to see how you push it to the limit next!

PUPPY YOGA 🐶 This past Saturday, we had a stress-free yoga class with Amber and beautiful puppy companions! Members, thank you for showing up and bringing donations, shoutout to for a great yoga class and for making this dream come true! We loved seeing a smile on everyone's faces, how could you not with these adorable puppies?!

F45 Sam Hughes Coaches do the workouts too! Here we have Isabelle, Piper, Asia, Joaquin, and Ralph completing exercises from different workouts in the last phase. We believe in the F45 workout programming and we look forward to our next class! It's always nice to have a friendly face in class and some healthy competition! 😉Who will you catch in class next? 👀
