The AQI was kind of bad the last couple days, but hey, the desert is blooming 🌵🌺 We had a bit of rain last night, and back to sunny, blue sky today. I’m going to enjoy the warmth, because my next race is looking…cold 😅

I mean, if you’re going to DNF, Big Alta is a beautiful place to do it. I was actually enjoying the 50k, but had a nice sciatica flare up…on a freakin’ uphill (that’s new for me). I have been dealing with this for 2+ years, mainly on speed and downhills, but I have been really good at keeping it mostly under control. There are some days this all feels super defeating, but I also for the most part, I feel that good days are still coming. We’ll get there!🕺🏿
