Seeking a qualified Property Manager with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing commercial properties.
Responsibilities include: Budgeting and forecasting of expenses
Oversight of maintenance staff and subcontractors - prioritizing and scheduling project work, reviewing work order requests, oversight and coordination of subcontractors to minimize disruption to the property
Responding to tenant requests, follow up to ensure completion Excel, Word and Outlook computer skills

The ideal candidate is highly outgoing, with the ambition and work ethic to grow sales and gain business. Knowledge in wine and spirits is required.

Requirements:
A highly motivated, results-driven individual with a strong passion for sales

Experience in a restaurant a plus
Must have a valid Connecticut driver's license, own an automobile, and have a clean driving record
BA or BS preferred

Temp to Perm
The client is looking for an applicant with the following:

Prior work experience and/or college
Avid gamer preferred: (Xbox One, PS4, Switch, PC, Mac).
Ability to troubleshoot software & hardware; technical background or aptitude.
Prior experience handling a high volume of emails strongly preferred.
50 WPM minimum typing.
Good English language writing skills with attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS with an emphasis on Audio, Multimedia.
Knowledge of console and/or PC game technology, preferably in an on-line gaming setting.
Knowledge, prior experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.
