Found this gem today as I was looking through old pictures.
We're always trying to find the perfect picture, the best angle, the right filter.
But this is what real life looks like. A cluttered corner, toys on the floor, and siblings sharing space.
Music brings people together. 🤩

Did you know transposing not only sounds super cool, but it is an amazing skill for kids to learn!
Transposing helps kids:
🎹 Master ear training
🎤 Play a song in a better key so friends can sing along
🎼 Apply scales and key signatures (and actually remember them!)
🎷 Play music with friends! (You have to transpose to play with band instruments like trumpet and saxophone, as well as a guitar with a capo.)
A few tricks help kids master this skill, and it sounds pretty impressive too 😎

We're one week in. Last week marked the beginning of our "Race Into Spring" practice challenge. 🌸
Students are racing to finish 💯 reps of a song.
And WOW 🙌🏼 after just one week, I am blown away! They are upping their game with practice and sound amazing!
I can't wait to see the progress as they race to 💯! 🎵
