Whew! What a week with the first snowfall, our coldest temperatures yet this fall and a big hustle to get field greens harvested. But we managed to pack all of the boxes this week despite the weather. Here we are at week 6 of the Fall CSA! This week boxes were full of lettuce, radicchio, hakurei turnips, spinach, onions, bok choy and the optional add-ons were cilantro and mizuna (not pictured). Thank you to everyone who supports our farm!

Week 5 of the Fall CSA! This week boxes are filled with carrots, potatoes, garlic, celeriac, mizuna, cut greens, green cabbage and the optional add-on is “little gem” mini lettuce. Thank you to all of the people who support our farm!

Week 4 of the Fall CSA is here! Boxes this week are getting pie pumpkins, lacinato kale, fennel, kohlrabi, red onion, radishes, head lettuce and the optional add-on is hakurei turnips (not pictured). Thank you to the families who support our farm!

Week 3 of the Fall CSA! A little late posting this one, but it was a beautiful harvest! Boxes had broccoli, tatsoi, celery, parsley, head lettuce, beets, and sweet potatoes from with the optional add-on of bok choy.
