Are you guys hazing our new manager, Danny?

Because this month you've booked 382 grooming appointments, with 43 appointments booked today alone, and the phone has not stopped ringing and Danny has not stopped answering.

We're starting to think you're all testing his ability to keep up.

In all seriousness, thank you. We are incredibly grateful for every appointment, every referral, and every family that trusts us with their four legged family members. Your support means more than you know.

If your pet is due for grooming, now is the time to get on the schedule. The holidays sneak up fast, and our calendar fills up before you know it.

While you're booking, don't forget about our Christmas in July special. Schedule your appointments from July through January, keeping them six weeks apart or less, and we'll waive your holiday fees for November and December.

So keep the calls coming. Danny is doing great... I think 😅 but if you want to give him a break, don't forget you can book online too.

✨ Groomer Spotlight: Meet Jordyn! ✨

We're excited to kick off our Groomer Spotlight Series! Over the course of this week and next, we'll be introducing each of our four amazing groomers so you can get to know the talented people behind FPC's grooming department.

First up is Jordyn! When we asked her what her favorite breed to groom is, her answer was simple: "All of them!" Her favorite appointments are the ones where pet parents trust her creativity and let her customize the haircut. She especially loves creating adorable lamb legs and perfectly rounded teddy bear faces that make each pup's personality shine.

One grooming tip Jordyn wishes every pet parent knew is that combing is just as important as brushing. While brushing removes loose hair and smooths the coat, a comb reaches all the way down to the skin to find hidden tangles before they become painful mats. A good rule of thumb? If a comb can't glide easily from the skin to the ends of the coat, there's still a few tangles that need attention!

Jordyn is also our longest-tenured groomer at FPC and has built an incredibly loyal clientele over the years. Her schedule typically books out farther than anyone else's, so if you've been hoping to get your pup on her calendar, now's the perfect time! She unexpectedly has a few last-minute appointments available next week, but they won't last long.

And one more fun fact, Jordyn recently welcomed her first baby and is currently the only parent on the FPC team. ❤️
