Love this master bathroom concept we did for a client recently! Between the light airy colors and the free space created, this is definitely reborn modern!

Quick little note about refrigerators. There are generally two series when you’re looking at built-in units:

The classic style would have a frame around the outside or can be flush mounted so the panels align with the cabinets to the right or left. These are usually a bit less expensive than the designer style. The drawback to this style is the old school compressor at the top which will need a panel to cover it. In addition, the clearance required around the doors is fairly substantial (as shown in the photo).

The designer style can come as either a combo unit (fridge and freezer) or, more commonly, as single discipline columns. In this series, the compressor will usually be at the bottom, hidden in the toe kick area, which leaves the top nice and clean for the fridge door to go all the way up (no grill). The other difference is that you can design these into the kitchen with a much tighter door clearance (as shown in the pic).

Either way, lots of options!

Love this beautiful mud room / locker room we did for this client! They wanted something functional for this space, yet wanted to keep it a tiny bit formal as well. Problem solved!
