Just a reminder that your 2026 Personal Property Assessment Forms are due back to our office on March 1st - please either mail your forms back to our office, drop the forms off at our office, use the drop box available on the west side of our building or use the efile option with information provided on your form.

Just a reminder that the Senior tax freeze application process will expire the 31st of July, 2025. If you were 62 years of age January 1st 2025 and owned a primary residence in Lincoln County you can apply for the homestead tax freeze at the County Collectors office at 1 Front Street - Troy, MO 63379.
