Interesting. My dash said I was due for an oil change. After a few days Arbogast sent me an email saying ONSTAR sent them a message telling them my truck needed an oil change and I need to set up a day and time to get it serviced. I DO NOT PAY for ONSTAR service. So you know they are still tracking me.

Real Estate advice. Buy as much as you can afford, as early in life, as you can. I purchased my first house for $13,300 in late 1978. Today that house is worth over $100,000. A house I purchased in May of 1986 for $58,000, today is worth about $258,000. I did sell those many years ago, and still made a great profit on them. I have flipped 15 houses and money on everyone of them. Today in TROY, the "flip" market is tuff. You have a lot of people trying to flip and the options are limited.
