*​AUTHOR'S STATEMENT: "paragraphíque" is a contemplation on the paragraph as a unit of discourse & the logical progression from earlier works: "Epigrams"(2000), "I Know What You Did In The 80's" (2006), "CONCEPTS and TITLES"(2009), "RED POEMS" (2014) & "Rants For Social Media" (2020).

This new work, "paragraphíque", broadens my scope by drawing literary inspiration from sources such as "The Rubáiyát" of Omar Khayyám, "Les Prophéties" of Michel de Nostredame, the "Voynich Manuscript", "The Cantos" of Ezra Pound & "Shakespeare's Sonnets". ~Christian Ortega, September 2024
