Erika came to us under-eating (by almost 1000 calories) and had been struggling with yo-yo dieting since her teen years.

Determined to lose some weight, tone up and create a solid routine before heading back to school as a high school English teacher, Erika began working with us back in June. Since then, she has blown us way with her dedication to her health!
