Another win in ๐ฅณ Another happy client! Hanah had another agent come out to price the house before calling me. I'm not mad at her ๐ you should shop around as apart of your due diligence. That agent recommended a sales price of $145k, but i'm born and raised in and knew better than that! A house just recently sold in for $222k with only a carport. We listed at $175k, $10k under what I felt it could potentially appraise for. We ended up accepting an offer of $185k and contributed $7,400 towards a closing costs. The buyer only had to come to closing with $500 and my client walked away with $2,600 more than she expected. Congratulations Hanah! ๐ฅณ And thank you for putting your trust in ๐

A Journey of Patience & Persistence:
