📢 ATTENTION CUSTOMERS

Beginning January 2026 we will have a price increase. Charging a "one price fits all" is going to phase out for several different reasons. It just isn't working anymore.

Currently our regular cleans start at $120. It will change to $140.

Almost all customers will have a price increase of $20-50 depending on the size of your home.

Larger homes and homes with animals will have the increase on the higher end.

PET OWNERS: One thing that you can do to save, is supply your own vacuum cleaner and you will only see the standard increase. Having a home with pets takes a lot of upkeep to keep our machines running smoothly. If you do not wish to supply your own, thats totally fine but you will have a little more upcharge.
ALL pet waste should be cleaned up prior to our arrival. We will NOT be responsible to clean up pet waste.

Families with children:
To ensure your cleaning appointment goes smoothly- please pick up strolled toys prior to your appointment. We do not mind picking up a FEW scattered toys but please be reasonable. Spending so much time picking up toys takes away from the quality of cleaning we can give you within the timeframe that we have.

Lastly, please be reasonable with the amount of dirty dishes you leave for your cleaner. If you have a massive mountain of dirty dishes, please knock that amount down to a reasonable amount prior to your cleaning unless we know ahead of time and can allow for extra time and it will also include an upcharge on pricing.

Welcome to our Third annual Christmas drawing!
For this drawing, there will be TWO winners for a regular cleaning! Each spot will be $5 this year due to the higher cost of things. There will be no cap on entries. We do have a minimum of 80 spots before we can draw. I feel that we will be successful but if for some reason we do not hit the mark, we will refund your spots. With the earnings, we will be helping two families for Christmas that we pick in advance.
