A common misunderstanding I see is that to improve your overall health, the solution always requires medicine, extensive blood work, and doctor oversight. While thatโs true in some cases, the reality is that many people can see an improvement in their health just by raising awareness and implementing lifestyle choices related to nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and stress management.
That's why in this virtual group we'll be focusing on three aspects of nutrition: protein, hydration, and sugars and sweeteners. There will be actionable items that you can immediately implement into your routines. Additionally, enjoy accountability, empowerment, live coaching, and community as you explore new habits.
The group will begin on Monday, March 3rd. There will be at least three 30-minute zoom calls offered during the three-week period. The day and time will be established by a poll that allows for the greatest number of participants to attend.
**The 8AM timeslot on 3/3 is solely used as a placeholder - the time of our first zoom call will be established by participants.
The group will conclude on Friday, March 21st however the online resources and content will remain available beyond March 21st.

Good morning! I hope you had a joyful and peaceful Christmas! If you are looking to lead and live a healthier life in 2025, let's connect. I am a functional medicine health coach who helps YOU implement meaningful and simple diet, lifestyle, and behavior choices geared at the root cause of disease, dysfunction, and unwanted symptoms.
New habits, navigating food choices, and lifestyle changes are not easy however the impact is profound. Short term benefits may include clearer skin, improved sleep, more energy, and less pain. Long term benefits may include improved cardiometabolic health (think A1C, cholesterol levels, blood pressure, BMI, etc.), less pharmaceuticals, improved health for your children and your children's children.
The group will begin on Monday, January 6th. There will be at least four 30-minute zoom calls offered during the four-week period. The day and time will be established by a poll that allows for the greatest number of participants to attend.
