Happy 4th of July friends and followers!
I hope that your celebrations this weekend are fun and safe.
I hope that your animals have a peaceful place to ride out the fireworks. My horses will be outside and checked on regularly, but I am lucky they don't seem to mind most years.
Pictured is an old OTTB I fostered for a little while years ago. He was rescued from the slaughter pipeline at 21 years old and arrived to my home emaciated.
As you can tell he was a remarkable character and unflappable, he happil rode around and never minded the flag.

Happy July Everyone!
With the start of this month I am officially launching my new product!! Welcome Wahbee's Woodworking official telescoping standards!
These are great for the eventers but also for those who want to lunge over jumps without the extra vertical post standing above the jump rail.
These standards add difficulty as they require you to ride straight and accurately. They can be adjusted in height to suit your skill level. Great for training programs and bringing a horse up through the levels.
Training cross country can be intimidating because of the fixed objects, but with these you can train at home with rails that fall easily just like stadium rails (*Please note that there is always risk when riding horses*).
There are THREE sizes to choose from: The Intro is for intro height up through beginner novice (2'-2'7"). The Training is for Beginner Novice up through Training level (2'7-3'3"), and The Eventer is Novice through Advanced (2'11-4'7").
The telescoping standards are portable and easy to move yet rugged and durable. They are pressure treated heavy duty lumber designed to survive living outdoors. No plastic parts that ultimately get brittle and shatter or blow away with the wind!
The inserts are slightly wider than a 4x4 (by 1/4") so some jump cups may need convincing (rubber mallet/gentle hammer) to secure, or use my provided jump cups that fit with ease.
Multiple packages are available to make yourself an arrowhead, narrow oxer, or a challenging triple brush wedge. Pricing is fair, transparent, and convenient.

More organization help!
I recently built these two tables for a feed room area. One is 8ft lone and the other is 4ft.
Each horse has its meals prescooped into zip lock bags. One drawer for AM feed and one drawer for PM feed. The bins below are for the grain, tall enough underneath for the large galvanized trash cans WITH a dolly (my can demonstrates the can with dolly under the 4ft table). The dolly is wonderful in rolling heavy cans out to make for easy scooping and easy sweeping.
