If you've been dealing with wrist pain, numbness, or that nagging tingling sensation in your fingers — carpal tunnel syndrome might be behind it.

Carpal tunnel happens when the median nerve gets compressed at the wrist, often due to tight, shortened muscles in the forearm and wrist flexor groups. Most people reach for a brace, take anti-inflammatories, or eventually get referred for surgery. But here's what many don't realize: when those surrounding muscles are properly lengthened and relieved of tension, that compression on the nerve can ease — and so can the pain.

That's exactly where Robotic Precision Therapy comes in.

The RX2600 Therapeutic Robot applies precise, targeted pressure to the muscles that contribute to carpal tunnel symptoms — working to restore proper length, reduce tension, and relieve pressure on the nerve. No surgery. No downtime. No guesswork.

Whether your carpal tunnel stems from desk work, repetitive motion, or years of accumulated tension, your body deserves a real solution — not just symptom management.

Back pain is the most common reason people come to see us — and the most misunderstood.

Here's why: your back rarely hurts because of your back.

The lower back is one of the most compensated areas in the body. When your hip flexors are tight (they almost always are), they pull on your lumbar spine, creating an anterior pelvic tilt that puts continuous compression on the lower vertebrae. When your piriformis or glutes are shortened, they can compress the sciatic nerve and send pain down your leg. When your thoracic spine is stiff, your lower back takes on rotational forces it wasn't designed to absorb.

This is why adjusting your back helps temporarily — but the pain comes back. The structural cause hasn't been addressed.

At RPT, we trace back pain to its origin. The RX2600 Therapeutic Robot targets the specific muscles that create the pull, restoring proper length and taking pressure off the structures that have been bearing it.

If your back has been hurting for months (or years) and you haven't found anything that actually sticks, we'd genuinely love the opportunity to take a different look. Call or text 248.250.9387 — that's what we're here for.
