Troy Boiler Front Page

There was a woman who stopped by the shop today with her friend, possibly her pastor, as she held what appeared to be a bible. She was memorializing her father who worked at Troy Boiler as a teenager, and on. They were in the parking lot. I talked with her because I was curious as to what she was doing. She mentioned her dad used to work here and talked fondly of it. We spent a few short minutes talking. I told her that I would email her some old pictures because I did not recognize her father's name, and maybe, she could pick her father out in them.
I went back to my truck, but could not find a pen, so I went back to my office to get some business cards with my email address on them. She may have thought she was doing something inappropriate and left with her friend despite me trying to flag them down. I feel terribly first for interrupting her honoring her father, and second, causing any misunderstanding that may have enabled her to get information about her dad. I'm posting this on the outside chance that she may see it and feel comfortable reaching back out (and possibly finding a picture of her dad).
