📈 Bottom Line: 🏡 With 605 new listings and homes selling in just 20 days, Metro Detroit is still a fast-moving market. The $223K average price keeps things competitive yet affordable for buyers.

💡 What this means:
The Metro Detroit market is becoming more competitive for Buyers as New Listings have increased 5.6% YoY. While average sale prices remain elevated (increasing 12% YoY) they seem to have reached a peak for summer 2025.
