My three musketeers brought it tonight. The form was beautiful, the flow was dangerous and the formula was definitely completed!!!!! Great job guys!!!!

Day one of week 3!!!!! Taking it to the next level with Around the Worlds, Lateral Squats, KB Squats......killing upper body!!!!! I bet you all won't be mean mugging me now when I bring back those Double Unders and Box Jumps. High five with a fist bump my warriors!!!!!!
