🕊️ **BENNY – A SECOND CHANCE STILL IN PROGRESS** 🕊️

Benny didn’t arrive with a clean slate… he arrived with the weight of everything that had been ignored for too long.

When he first came to us through a sheriff-assisted neglect case, he was thin, worn down, and carrying the physical toll of long-term neglect. Overgrown feet, poor body condition, and a dullness that told a story without needing words.

Since then, Benny has been slowly, patiently rebuilt—not all at once, not with shortcuts, but one careful step at a time. Vet care, dental work, farrier attention, steady nutrition… all the quiet, unglamorous pieces that matter most.

And little by little, he started to come back.

He’s gained weight. His coat has improved. His feet are better with consistent care. Most importantly, the light behind his eyes has started to return—the part that says he feels safe enough to just be a horse again.

But Benny’s story is still unfinished.

He is not being offered as a riding horse right now. He is still gaining strength and rebuilding his body the right way, without being rushed or pushed beyond where he is today. What he is, right now, is something softer and harder all at once: a survivor in progress.

💔 Kind gelding who has known too much neglect
💔 Currently rebuilding body condition and strength
💔 Gentle, easy to handle, and quietly trying his best

He stands about 14.1hh and is estimated to be 18–19 years old. Every day with him is a reminder that not every recovery is fast… but some are worth every slow step.

🌿 **Benny isn’t looking for perfection. He’s looking for someone patient enough to let healing finish its story.**

🍫✨ **COCA – STEADY, SMOOTH, AND COMING INTO HER OWN** ✨🍫

Meet **Coca**, a 14.2hh mare with a thick, solid build and a balanced, comfortable way of going that makes her easy to sit and enjoyable to ride. She’s put together right, rides with a quiet mind, and is settling nicely into consistent work.

She has been **down the road multiple times and handles it with ease**, showing a calm, uncomplicated attitude. She goes to work and stays sensible.

Coca is riding better with every ride, becoming more responsive, more confident, and more consistent in her routine. She neck reins well, travels quietly, and offers smooth, comfortable gaits that make her an easy, enjoyable ride.

💛 Calm, sensible mare with a solid mind
💛 Road safe and confident on the trail
💛 Smooth mover with a balanced, easy feel under saddle

She’s the kind that improves with consistency and is already proving she’s ready for regular riding.

🌿 **Coca is settling into her stride and showing exactly what she’s made of.**
