Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at local restaurants in Thailand. It's a popular dish in Thai restaurants in every country. And who doesn't know Pad Thai really! :) I have made Pad Thai so many times and I think that my Pad Thai recipe is really authentic and delicious as you can taste in Thailand. I would like to share how I make traditional Pad Thai with shrimp. The most important part is the Pad Thai sauce. I have a video on how I make Pad Thai step by step that you can now make on your own at home! :) I would recommend you to get all ingredients at Hmart or any Asian market ( in U.S.A) they will have all you need! :)

Fresh baked blueberry muffins! This recipe is very simple, but tasty. I love how they turned out. Beautiful and crunchy on the outside. Soft, moist, and tender on the inside. I would say this recipe from Crouton Crackerjacks is my favorite so far. I have made this recipe many times and I'm never disappointed. Everybody in my family loves them!
