>>Full Time Building Repair Tech. Weekday Scheduling. Interested applicants should have background in facility repair with demonstrated experience. First Call Commercial Building Services serves over a hundred local properties in all types of industries and sizes. Your workday will vary in scope and location. We will handle any type of building service needs from changing a light bulb to tear down and remodeling of a commercial space. Applicants should be organized and comfortable with all current kinds of communication technology. Full time position with a normal work schedule Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. $22 to $25 depending upon experience. Benefits include Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Company Truck and Productivity Bonus.
>>Part Time Office Support Staff Flexible daytime position in downtown Traverse City. Commercial Real Estate and Building Repair office in need of an office support staff. The following experience would set an applicant up for success: Mac and Apple product/devices, Adobe and Microsoft applications, Ability to create professional correspondence, Organized and can handle prioritizing assigned tasks as directed. Ability to learn new software applications quickly. We are willing to train the right applicant that has a positive can-do attitude. Daily responsibilities will be organizing, coding, logging and routing incoming mail. Handling incoming tenant and prospect inquiries. Providing support in a friendly manner to tenants and other staff to execute daily tasks. Supply inventories and organizing. Creating professional office correspondence for mailing and emailing. Editing and Creating commercial property marketing pieces as well as seasonal maintenance marketing. Filing and review of legal documents for reporting purposes.
