Performance Chiropractic
POV: Your chiropractor becomes your movement coach 😂
First we squat walk.
Then we crawl.
Then we strut into our adjustment like we own the place.
Movement matters. Coordination matters. Development matters.
And honestly… sometimes care looks a lot more like play than people expect.
One of our favorite things about caring for kids is meeting them exactly where they are — with connection, curiosity, movement, and fun.
Because a regulated, connected little human learns and heals best. 💛
What We Saw in the Office This Week
One of our clients shared something remarkable this week.
After beginning care, she noticed her mood felt more stable. Less reactive. More grounded. More like herself.
Why might that happen?
One possibility is improved vagal tone.
The vagus nerve plays a major role in regulating our body's "rest, digest, and heal" responses. When the nerve system is under stress, it can impact everything from digestion and sleep to emotional regulation and resilience.
Through specific chiropractic adjustments, we work to help the body communicate more effectively. In this case, we also incorporated low-level laser therapy over the stomach region to support the vagal pathways that influence digestive and autonomic function.
Of course, every person is different, and no two healing journeys look exactly alike. But we love seeing moments like these—when people begin to feel calmer, more adaptable, and more fully themselves.
Your body was designed to heal. Sometimes it just needs the right support.
