Journey Program

All of our classes at the Cowell Family Cancer Center have been cancelled until April 6.

It's BAAAACK!
We are happy to announce that Annemarie is bringing back the Continuing Journey Program!
This class is for graduates of the Journey Program. While still gentle, the class format involves circuit training with a mix of strength, cardio, core, balance and flexibility. Each class will be different exercises and a chance to learn something new.
Classes will be held at Battle Fitness on Wednesdays at 1:30pm and can be purchased as drop-in, or month-to-month.
