Every day at the same time, Keona is ready for her beauty sleep! 😴💖 Today, she couldn’t even make it through her spaghetti before dozing off right at the lunch table! 🍝 She was so peaceful, with a little pasta still on her plate. It’s like clockwork, when it’s time for her nap, nothing can stop her. Sweet dreams, Keona! 🌟💫

Today was another wonderful day of learning and fun at Tiny Steps Learning Center! We revisited the classic story The Very Hungry Caterpillar, which I discussed which foods are good for our bodies and which ones we should enjoy in moderation. To help reinforce this, we looked at the "My Plate" chart.

The children engaged in a hands-on activity that reinforced color recognition and sorting. I created a caterpillar-themed color sorting activity by filling Ziploc bags with gel, water and pom-poms. The kids enjoyed moving the Pom-Poms around while also developing their fine motor skills.
