It’s time for change. I’m leaving Merritt Towson in two weeks and will be relocating to Merritt Downtown to teach BodyJam next month. I’ve been teaching here for 11 years since I started group fitness and literally NOTHING has changed and I don’t feel valued… also I’m bored. I deserve better, I’ve stayed this long for my amazing students and I love them so much but I love me more and staying isn’t making me happy.

This FRIDAY from 6-7:30pm I’ll be teaching an exclusive hip hop class (Bodyjam 74 & 77)! PLZ my party people, come out if you’re free!

Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. Life’s been busy but very fun! I’m sad to say that this summer I will not be teaching aqua zumba. It’s still hitting me hard that Freestate Swim Club is no longer operating but for the first time in over 5 summers, I can genuinely enjoy my entire summer. I can finally travel, play tennis, enjoy time with my family/bf, and not over work myself. Please understand and know that I love you all and miss you so much! Have a great and safe summer!
