Armbruster A/V

Armbruster A/V, a commercial audio video integrator for the Baltimore/Washington area, searching for a full time Lead Installer. Tasks include installing and operating A/V equipment, using power tools, running wires, and light rigging.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

-A strong knowledge of modern audio/video components

-Experienced, skilled and comfortable using various handheld power tools.

-Experienced and comfortable working on ladders.

-Skilled at reading and writing fluently in English.

-Must be able to work collaboratively with others

-Must be comfortable working both under supervision or independently.

-Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs routinely, such as large televisions or heavy amplifiers, and occasionally up to 75 lbs for short distances.

-Must be able to and comfortable working in tight spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, both finished and unfinished.

-Must be able to work sitting/standing/squatting etc. over the course of an 8 hour work day without any physical restrictions.

-Must have a valid Maryland driver's license and good driving record.

-Must pass a background check and drug test if requested at any time.

-Skilled at attaching terminations to all types of cables used in audio and video installations.

-Experience with troubleshooting various types of audio and video systems.
