Maryland Child Support Guidelines Update – House Bill 275

This bill will be codified and go into effect as of October 1, 2025.

The Maryland Legislature has recently passed several new bills which will have a significant impact on Family law cases.

Huge thank you to the Maryland State Bar Association - MSBA for inviting us to speak at the 2025 Legal Summit in Ocean City, MD last week.
