For Joey, the Loyola experience was about growth, perseverance, and becoming the best version of himself.

This fall, he'll attend the University of Maryland Honors College to study Neurobiology and Physiology after earning recognition as a Distinctive Scholar, Knott Scholar, and recipient of the C. Ferdinand Sybert Award.

A few of our incredible Counselors are currently attending the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) Annual Conference in New Orleans this week. Thank you for all that you do for our Dons and our entire school community!

Safe travels and best of luck to our Cyber Science team as they return to Thailand for another incredible international opportunity! They will represent Loyola Blakefield, U.S. Cyber Command, and the United States at the Royal Thai Armed Forces Cyber Warrior Contest, competing alongside military teams from Thailand, Australia, Vietnam, Singapore, and the United States. Following the competition, they will continue Loyola's partnership with Sarasas Witaed Saimai School and the Sarasas School Network, where they will lead their student-developed LBC2 cybersecurity competition for students in Thailand. We are incredibly proud of these young men as they share their talents, strengthen international partnerships, and represent Loyola on the global stage.
