Quilts for Comfort

3rd Thursday is March 19th at Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church We meet from 9:30 - 2:30pm. Lunch at noon is a brown bag lunch.
We will be sorting fabric for the Sale and the usual activities, sewing, tying and chatting!

Thursday September 4th is 1st Thursday at Red Clay Presbyterian church (Wilmington, Delaware)….
9:30 - 2:30 with brown bag lunch at noon.
I’m doing a hands on tutorial about FMQ on your regular sewing machine. This is optional!
We will also have quilts to tie, quilt kits to sew, and donation fabric to sort!

We made our first delivery of quilts in Gettysburg on Thursday. 16 children’s quilts went to Family First Health & 13 were delivered to Adams Cancer Center. Time to start rebuilding our inventory so we deliver to the other organizations that are ready to distribute Quilts for Comfort in the Gettysburg area.

Our next quilt bee is Tuesday, October 8, 9:30-2:30 at Prince of Peace church at the corner of Hogh& Baltimore streets in Getrysdlbit

We had a beautiful day quilting with our friends at Limestone Presbyterian Church. Limestone Presbyterian provided the sandwiches, and all the participants provided the sides. There was so much food, and we had so much fun quilting together.
