Hands On Service

We just completed the first quarter of 2017 and many requested that we provide some accountability help with healthy eating this month. We've heard y'all...here is the Healthy Eating Challenge: take the guessing out of 'what & when' to eat...we'll even let you know how much water we drink and share 6 meal ideas with you in a private FB page every day of the month. All that you'll have to do is prepare and enjoy them. It only cost a buck a day. Yep, just $1/day. Hurry and register NOW. The food shopping list for prep week will be provided on April 9 and challenge starts April 16-May 12 (see flyer). It is a big bang for your buck when you eat what we eat for a whole month.
