We are close to completing our tax season and in the heat of battle. Tensions are high and we need to perform in the face of the tsunami and capture the moment with our highest skill. "Nothing is Forever" and we need to be aware of the interdependence and also impermanence of all phenomena. Suburi (repetitous cutting with the sword) is meditation in motion, and a good practice to connect our mind/heart/soul, technique, and body as one- Shin Gi Tai.
