I never post personal stuff, but here's DJ Sherwin Ryan 2.0. 55-ish lbs lighter and REALLY praying I never see anymore.

Using Mounjaro to manage and control my diabetes was my only primary concern and goal. Off of it now for 6 weeks, otherwise I would probably literally whither away 😂 I'm grateful that my horrible soda addiction is curbed and food noise gone. However, The very first thing is I miss having a 🍑...my profile is just a straight up plank ya'll.

It ain't all 🦋 & 🌈, I've lost not only fat but muscle mass...looking back I would've managed tbis differently but grateful none the less.

For me, the name of the game is now RECOVERY, DISCIPLINE, MAINTENANCE & STRENGTH TRAINING. Please pray for me because while I miss a lot of insulation and cushioning from Sherwin 1.0 🤣🤣. I think I like better.

To my current GLP1/Tirzepatide/Semaglutide warriors....I hope ya'lls 💩💩 stay on the reg! ✊️✊️🤣🤣 bec I sucked at it
