Lawn Brigade

Lawn Brigade is looking to add a Crew Leader to the team! We are a locally-owned and operated company looking to expand. We have a work hard, play hard mentality.

This position will be in charge of over-seeing crew members, while also contributing to the daily responsibilities.

Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•Coordinating and leading crew
•Prioritizing and monitoring assignments
•Mowing, trimming and edging
•Mulching, pruning and inspecting
•Snow and ice removal

Experience:
•Previous leadership
•Mechanical
•Lawn Care - 2 year (Preferred)
•Snow Removal - 2 years (Preferred)

Skills:
•Self-motivated, reliable and highly driven with a strong work ethic
•Ability to lead, plan and organize
•Ability to operate equipment
•Ability to work in a safe, timely and efficient manner
•Friendly and professional

Requirements:
•Clean driving record with valid drivers license
•High Diploma or GED
•Ability to work 40+ hours a week
•Reliable transportation
