The City of De Soto, Kansas recently celebrated the opening of its expanded wastewater treatment plant, doubling capacity from 1.3 million to 2.6 million gallons per day.
Delivered by a joint venture of Burns & McDonnell and CAS Constructors, the $40 million expansion supports continued growth in De Soto, including the new Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America EV battery manufacturing facility.
