Tonight I had the great honor of promoting Benson Cessna to black belt in Modern Self Defense! Benson has been training with me for years in fi****ms and martial arts. He embodies all that I believe is important in a martial artist. Benson is proficient with fi****ms, tactics, knives, ground fighting, striking, and empty hand tactics. Beyond that, he is loyal, dedicated and hard working! Well deserved!!
