Kwik Staff is immediately hiring for a premier fabrication and production facility. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to fill multiple long-term positions on both 1st and 2nd shifts. Whether you are a precision welder, a sharp machine operator, or have an eye for detail in quality control, we have a spot for you. 1st & 2nd shifts available.

Open Positions & Requirements:

1. Production Welders (MIG / TIG)
Weld structural steel, aluminum, or stainless components in accordance with blueprint specifications.

Requirements:
Ability to pass a hands-on weld test (horizontal/vertical); must know how to read basic weld symbols.

2. Fabrication Machine Operators
Set up and operate production machinery (such as CNC lasers, brake presses, shears, saw lines, or drill presses) to cut and shape metal parts.

Requirements:
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience; comfortable utilizing tape measures and micrometers; mechanically inclined.

Quality Control (QC) Inspectors
Perform visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished assemblies to ensure they meet engineering standards.

Requirements:
High attention to detail; strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, height gauges, micrometers).

General Requirements for All Roles:

**Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
**Strong commitment to workplace safety and wearing required PPE (steel-toed boots, safety glasses).
**Reliable transportation and excellent attendance history.
**Basic math skills (fractions and decimals).

Kwik Staff is looking to hire a dedicated landscaper for one of our clients.
You will be responsible for transforming and maintaining yards and other outdoor spaces.
This is a great position for someone that enjoys the outdoors.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, mulching, irrigation ect..

REQUIREMENTS:

-Valid Drivers License
-Ability to work in diverse weather conditions

This is a temp to hire position 8am to 4pm Monday - Friday
starting pay is negotiable depending on expieriance.
