What's that white line on the road for? It tells you where to STOP.

Traffic Tuesday!
Stop signs:
In the state of Kansas, when approaching a Stop sign while operating a motor vehicle on public roads, drivers must come to a COMPLETE STOP before the white line or marked pedestrian crossing. A complete stop means that all wheels of the vehicle completely cease motion and the driver takes the time to make sure the intersection is clear before beginning motion again. Simply slowing down or depressing the brakes of a vehicle does not count as a full and complete stop.

Stopping is meant to ensure the safety of drivers and pedestrians. Not stopping at stop signs can result death or great bodily injury or at the very least a traffic ticket/fine.
Please make sure you are being a safe driver. Slow down, come to a complete stop and check your surroundings before proceeding through a stop sign…
