🏆 Congratulations to Jill Rice on receiving the YWCA 2026 Woman of Excellence Award!

Jill serves as Operations Director at SENT Inc. and Executive Pastor at Fellowship Hi-Crest Church — two roles that speak to the breadth of her leadership and the depth of her commitment to this community. She was nominated by SENT's Senior Director of Development, Aimee Copp-Hasty.

Jill is the kind of leader who makes everything around her work better, often without fanfare or fuss. She shows up, solves problems, and holds the people and organizations around her together in ways that are impossible to fully capture in a single award — but we are so glad the YWCA is trying.
