New Role, New Responsibilities!
As the COO, Nicole's responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Assisting the CEO in client onboarding activities and meetings.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Web developers, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc).
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategies, and hiring levels.
