🔨 Before & After: A Tri-Fold Transformation 🔨
Ever wonder how a redesign can completely transform a piece of marketing material?
Earlier this year, I worked with TC Technologies to redesign their outdated tri-fold brochure. Their old version didn’t match their branding, felt cluttered, and made it tough to focus on what really mattered.
By aligning the design with their website’s modern look, streamlining the content, and rethinking the layout, we created a brochure that’s clean, professional, and easy to read.
🎯 The result? A polished piece that communicates their services clearly and reflects their brand’s identity.

NEW POST ON THE FOUNDRY BLOG
This week, I’m sharing one of my favorite projects of the year—a custom T-shirt design inspired by my love for Dungeons & Dragons. One of the things I enjoy most about being a graphic designer is finding ways to bring my passions into my work, and this project let me explore custom illustration and lettering in a way I hadn’t before.
If you’ve ever rolled low at the table, you know the pain (and hilarity) that comes with it. Those moments of spectacular failure have always made for some of the most unforgettable sessions in my D&D experience. This design is for anyone who’s proudly been a “Low Roller.”
On the blog, I’m sharing how the project came together, including a ProCreate time-lapse video of the illustration process and a before-and-after comparison showing how I polished the final artwork in Illustrator.

Time to delve into another logo design project from FakeClients.com! This time, I'm tackling a combo mark logo for a fictional company named Bike Point. The aim is to create a high-end brand specializing in long-distance bicycles for dedicated enthusiasts and athletes. To symbolize endurance and time, I decided on an stylized infinity symbol with subtle hints of a bicycle shape. I initially incorporated curved chevrons to suggest motion, but felt it was a bit overwhelming. Following the principle of "less is more" in design, I streamlined the logo by focusing solely on the bicycle element. To match the symbolism, I rebranded the company as "CHRONOS" and opted for a sleek bold font and a sophisticated black and gold color scheme. This resulted in a luxurious brand identity for our fictional bicycle company.

Time for another logo design brief from FakeClients.com! This week is a pictorial logo for a fake company called Big Zone. I saw this as a big box retail store that sells all sorts of products catered to folks who are big and need things that suit their size (for example, folks who are taller than 6' 5" and have trouble with regular sized clothes or furniture). That being said I went with a custom bold font on the word "Big" to emphasize their kind of products. Pair that with tight spacing around the word "Big" and use of a thin font for "Zone" and you really get that feeling of "too large for the normal". Use of rich black and and a bold red makes this pictorial logo pop even more. What are your thoughts? Let me forge your vision and put it to paper at Design Forge. https://buff.ly/3JVKD8k

Time for another logo design brief from FakeClients.com! This week's flavor is a lettermark logo for a fake bakery called Dorian's Bakery. I imagined the "D" in Dorian stylized as a measuring cup with milk, while incorporating the "B" in Bakery as a sesame bun. To drive that comfy bakery feel home, we use some nice golden browns and place these letters on an oval label with some wheat chaff and a maple leaf (because let's be honest, maple syrup always goes good in baking). Now it feels right at home on a bag of freshly baked bread. What are your thoughts? Let me forge your vision and put it to paper at Design Forge. https://buff.ly/3JVKD8k
