It’s been Another year of being top rated in our area and happy clients!
After the first of the year, Lester Construction will be increasing their daily minimum price from $800 per day to $1300 per day. Per usual, Half down deposit is required for scheduling. We are scheduling jobs into next year as we are booked up to beginning of February right now. We will continue to honor the $800 daily to schedule into next year. But January 1st increase will be implemented it will be a daily minimum of $1300 and half up front to schedule. If you have any questions please feel free to dm us!

We also offer professional proposal services. Even if you’re not wanting to use us for your project, we are still happy to give you a full in depth proposal with take offs and pricing for you to use for negotiations and comparisons. Depending on how lengthy and detailed its requirements may be, those are starting at $200 minimum.
