ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a IT Technician to join our team and assist with maintaining our internal and distributed computer systems, and provide remote and on-site support to our clients.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator able to manage multiple technical tasks effectively and quickly, and be a fast learner. We also expect you to be a strong problem-solver.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical assistance functions to internal and external teams
- Maintain and manage digital content libraries
- Organize and schedule administrative tasks to keep systems updated and fresh
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Install hardware at client locations (may require some lifting and working with small power tools)
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer network issues
- Maintain networked storage devices and develop organizational processes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH:
- Wired and wireless network connectivity, troubleshooting and installation
- Web Servers, HTTP, and Server Management
- Access Point installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- LED/LCD screen wall-mounted installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Wallboard wall-mounted installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Media Player installation, configuration and troubleshooting (using Linux OS)

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience or education in technical systems management or relative work
- Knowledge of computer networking
- Knowledge of cloud and distributed systems
- Problem-solving attitude
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Client-oriented mindset

PAY: $18/hr, part time up to 25 hours per week
