This class is all levels friendly meaning I have something for EVERYONE! If you want to dance, sweat, workout, squat, twerk, jog, burpee (if you’re feeling spicy😏), I’ve got it all for you! (As always there are many modifications/adaptations to amp up or chill out your workout!🫶🏽)
